These terms govern the use of cihangirtalent.com. Anyone using the site is deemed to have accepted them.

2. Rights to photographs and content

Photographs, videos, setcards and texts on this site belong to the respective actors and models, photographers or Cihangir Talent. They may not be copied, reproduced, published or used commercially without written permission. Setcards may be downloaded solely for casting and booking evaluation.

3. Accuracy of information

Profile information is based on the statements of our actors and models and may change over time. Please contact the agency for up-to-date details.

4. Personal data

The name, e-mail, phone number and message you send through the contact form are processed solely to respond to your enquiry, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and are not shared with third parties. You may send requests for access, correction or deletion of your data to the e-mail address on the contact page.

5. Changes

Cihangir Talent may update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.

6. Age limit and applications

Actor and model applications through our website may only be made by people aged 18 or over. Applications from anyone under 18 are not accepted online; applicants under 18 may apply in person at our agency together with a parent or legal guardian. Applications made with a false date of birth will be deleted together with their data once noticed.

7. Personal data

Personal data sent through the application and contact forms is processed for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice and in accordance with Law No. 6698. To submit an application you must accept these Terms of Use and give explicit consent under the Privacy Notice.
