2. Personal data processed

Identity data (full name, date of birth), contact data (e-mail, phone, city), physical characteristics (height, weight, eye and hair colour, measurements, shoe size), photographs and videos, education and professional experience, social media account and any other information you choose to share in the application form.

3. Purposes

Evaluating your acting or modelling application,
contacting you and responding to your request,
if your application is accepted, creating your profile page on our website with your consent and presenting you for film, advertising and casting projects.

4. Legal basis and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the application and contact forms on our website and processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) and where necessary for entering into a contract (art. 5/2-c).

5. Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties other than for evaluating your application. The profile details and photographs of people whose application is accepted and whose profile is published may be shared with producers, directors, advertising agencies and casting teams. Website data is stored on the servers of a hosting provider located in Turkey.

6. Retention

Data and photographs of unsuccessful applications are deleted within one year at the latest after the evaluation is completed. Data of people on our roster is kept for as long as we work together and for the period required by law.

7. Applicants under 18

We do not accept online applications from, or collect personal data online about, anyone under 18. Applicants under 18 may apply in person at our agency together with a parent or legal guardian.

8. Your rights

Under article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Please send your requests to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
